A night market will be held at Jotenji Temple, known as the birthplace of Hakata’s flour-based food culture—including udon, soba, and manjū—as well as Hakata-ori weaving.
Items sold: Udon noodles, soba noodles, zenzai (sweet red bean soup), and Hakata-ori textiles.
