“A taste of Hakata shochu, with half a century of history, for an autumn evening.”
Hakata Shochu was first created in 1975 to commemorate the start of Sanyo Shinkansen service between Okayama and Hakata. This year, the drink celebrates its 50th anniversary with the Hakata Spirits event at Reisen Park. Light Up Walk ticket holders receive special admission benefits. Don’t miss this chance to experience a new appeal of Hakata Shochu! Ticketholders should stop by Reisen Park.

Fukuoka Flower Show
“Brilliant flowers add color to Hakata Old Town.”
At Kushida-jinja Shrine’s Nigiwai Square, the Fukuoka Flower Show will present a series of Hanayatai (flower stalls) This special event will fill the venue with colorful decorations and create perfect photo opportunities. Be sure to stop by along with the Light Up Walk.

Students Supporting the Hakata Old Town Festival
